So......we're back!

Just thought I'd pick up from Easter and give you a brief month by month update... This is Easter morning with our good friends Amanda and Zoe who were in town visiting.

Eloise finished up her first soccer season and was beyond thrilled to get a trophy.

We moved in April to a suburb 8 miles up the road and absolutely love it. We have much more space for kids to play, friends in the neighborhood and are within 5 min of lots of stuff (school, activities, parks etc). Selling a house, buying a house and moving with 3 small children is something I don't ever want to do again in my life-not so fun or easy! All that to say, not sure why the only picture of our house has an extra kid in it and we are wearing bike helmets (we had not been biking, just a request from one of the kids I guess, oh yeah, because they were so excited to have a garage/driveway and be able to get their bikes from Grandma's-it's all coming back to me now!)
Here's the best part of the house.......a glassed in room with a wood burning stove for winter and the doors open with screens for summer. We love it and spend most of our time out there.
At our church retreat at a YL camp in north Georgia

we have been able to host lots of parties

The tiny ballerinas at their recital in May. Both did an amazing job being on stage and were enthralled with the costumes and wearing makeup!

June-Trip to DC for Beth and Alan for IJM Lobby Day to fight human trafficking. Alan's folks so graciously kept our crew for 4 days!!!! Somehow I don't have any pictures of our time with them. I know that I was planning on copying pics from their camera, and maybe did so, but I've got nothing?? We had fun and were so grateful, I promise. Will work on finding pictures!

 Joined the city pool

Not sure what's going on here?
Lots of trips to the zoo thanks to a pass from GraMoM and Grandpa for birthdays-the girls really get into it and know the animals well. We've gotten to see a baby gorilla, rhino and pandas born this summer.
Family tradition of Cow Appreciation Day at Chick Fil A in July = free food

Fourth of July celebration with my family

 flying wallendas

July-2013 Seelinger Family Reunion-This is one of the best vacations ever!!! We had 38 people in two houses for a week at Emerald Isle, NC. The girls had fun dancing, swimming and goofing off with their cousins.
 The Tom Seelinger clan

Laurel and Great Grandma were good buddies!

11 great grand kids (and one on the way in October). Happy Birthday (89 & 90) to Great Granma and Grandpa Seelinger

on a hike along the Chattahoochee River
August-Eloise started Preschool for the first time. She goes 5 half-days a week and thinks it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. She has a wonderful teacher and two friends from church in her class. The night-before-her-first-day fears were all about how much she was going to miss Margot while they were apart. They really do miss each other a bunch but have adjusted well.
Margot and Laurel have a new relationship without Eloise bossing leading them. Here's an impromptu mani/pedi session (not the best idea on carpet with a toddler)

September- Eloise and Margot both are playing soccer this fall. We just had their first games last weekend.

Eloise's bff, Kira, is on her team too
 apparently shirts are optional

 evening walks in our neighborhood
At the Atlanta botanical gardens-a unicorn topiary
planting Eloise's fairy garden-thanks Aunt Jerah & co.

 Happy 5th Birthday Eloise!
She picked out her birthday breakfast (we don't always eat this well in our household)
Margot joining Eloise's class for cookies on the big day
her "rainbow flower garden party with rainbow butterflies flying to each flower to pollenate them" themed party.

 my cup runneth over
